Race Package Cost is USD 1998 Per Person (For 7 Nights & 8 Days and Bagdogra to Bagdogra only)
Early Registration Discount: USD 399 Per Person on the above-mentioned Race Package Cost if you register before December 31, 2025 for 2026 Himalayan 100 Mile Stage Race
- For single supplement additional USD 470 per person
The single supplement applies if you are travelling alone and wish to have solo use of rooms. If you want to avoid the single supplement we can try to match you with another runner of the same gender for the duration of the trip.
Package cost includes:
Race Package Cost Includes (October 27 to November 03, 2026 (Tuesday to Tuesday): 8 Days / 7 Nights & Bagdogra to Bagdogra Airport
- 7 nights in Mirik Resort, Sandakphu and Rimbik on twin sharing basis & Full meals as per fixed menu basis
- Sightseeing of Darjeeling by Non-A.C Coach with English Speaking guide (including ride on Toy train on October 28, 2026 subject to its operation and availability).
- Group arrival transfer from Bagdogra airport on October 27 and Group departure transfer to Bagdogra airport on November 03 by non-A.C Car / Coach with airport assistance.
- All transportation to and from Mirik Resort to the race start and finish
- Race entry with full race support
- Transport and walking program for any non-running supporters
Not included:
- International flights to and from Delhi
- Domestic flight Delhi/Bagdogra/Delhi
- Cost of Indian Visa
- Accommodation in Delhi
- Transfers from airport to hotel in Delhi
- Expenses of personal nature such as tips, alcohol, beverage, laundry etc.
- Medical or accidental expenses & insurance
- Fees for Camera / Monument / Wildlife if any during race / cultural tour extension including Elephant safari at Jaipur etc.
- Any expenses not mentioned in “COST INCLUDES”
- Company will not be responsible for any sort of unforeseen expenses incurred due to unavoidable circumstances i.e. flight / train or any other mode of transport cancellation / delay / strikes / mechanical / war / technical faults, natural calamities etc.
- Any difference due to imposition of additional tax, by Govt., or hike in fuel cost etc.
- For disagreement / dispute of whatsoever nature relating to this trip, the courts in Delhi, India shall alone have jurisdiction.
- The company shall not be liable for any refund / compensation / interruption, or other costs on trip cancellation due to war or undeclared acts of war, terrorist activities, revolution, change in government, strikes, act of God or natural disaster, accident, flight cancellation or Local Government’s default or commitments etc.
Cancellation/refund and other trip conditions will be applicable as per conditions mentioned in the HSR/ECM Registration form.
How to confirm your space for Race
- Fill out the Race Registration Form (For All - Runners / Walkers / Partners)
- Non-refundable initial deposit of USD 625 Per Person to reserve your space
- Balance payment should be deposited before August 31, 2026 by bank transfer.
EXTENSION
Delhi Extension (Extra Services)
Services on extra cost basis:
- Hotel accommodation in Delhi (3, 4 or 5 Star hotel and room on breakfast basis only)
- Airport transfers with assistance at the airport
International arrival & Departure and Domestic departure & arrival
- Domestic flight ticket Delhi / Bagdogra / Delhi

Golden Triangle Extension: Delhi-Agra-Jaipur

Wednesday, November 04
Early morning drive from Delhi to Agra. Full day Agra sightseeing including the Taj Mahal. Overnight in Agra.
Thursday, November 05
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Jaipur. Enroute, visit Fatehpur Sikri. Overnight in Jaipur.
Friday, November 06
After breakfast, full day sightseeing in Jaipur. Overnight in Jaipur
Saturday, November 07
After breakfast, half day sightseeing in Jaipur then evening drive back to Delhi. Overnight in Delhi.
Thursday, November 08
After breakfast, full day sightseeing in Delhi. Evening transfer to Delhi international airport for your return flight home
