Trip starts with arrival at Bagdogra Airport which serves Darjeeling area. All meals included until trip ends at Bagdogra. Overnight at Mirik Lake Resort, located near Darjeeling.
Morning 24 Miles drive to Sandakphu (11815 ft.). Overnight at Sandakphu.
Everest Challenge Marathon. Views of peaks and jungle. Route: Sandakphu- Phalut-Molle-Rimbik (26.4 miles). ECM over and transfer to Mirik. Overnight at Mirik.
Transfer to Bagdogra Airport. Trip Ends.
Includes shared accommodation at Mirik Lake Resort, mountain huts at Sandakphu, all meals, transportation, aid stations, guides, porters, full race support, Bagdogra Airport transfers.
Option at extra cost: Early arrival at Mirik Lake Resort. Accommodation on twin sharing basis, meals, lodging. Early arrival allows extra time to acclimatize, recover from jet lag.
The Marathon is held on Stage Race Day 3. Those who have booked ECM trip do not run on Stage Race Days 1, 2, 4, 5 and normally do short walk / trek / sightseeing following the same itinerary as of Himalayan 100 Mile Stage Race on those days.
