Mt. Everest Challenge Marathon - Only for Indian National (2Nights/3Days)
The Mt. Everest Challenge Marathon is held simultaneously with the Himalayan 100 Mile Stage Race, and has been called “The World’s Most Beautiful Marathon” by the editor of Runner’s World Magazine. The Marathon is run on Day 3 of Himalayan 100 Mile Stage Race from Sandakphu (11,815 ft) along a ridge line footpath with spectacular mountain views of Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse and Makalu - four out of five of the highest peaks in the world. At about 18 miles, the course turns down through lush jungle and remote villages to reach Rimbik (6600 ft).

Brief Itinerary
November 10, 2025 (Monday) – SANDAKPHU (11815 ft.)
Participants have to report directly to the ECM start point at Sandakphu with their own expenses by latest 4 PM. Overnight at Sandakphu.
November 11, 2025 (Tuesday) – RIMBIK (6350 ft.) Mt. Everest Challenge Marathon Day
Everest Challenge Marathon. Views of peaks and jungle. Route: Sandakphu- Phalut-Molle-Rimbik (26.4 miles). Overnight at Rimbik.
November 12, 2025 (Wednesday) – TRIP ENDS
Our services will end after breakfast.
Package cost
The total price of a two nights trip is INR 18,970 per person (ONLY FOR INDIAN NATIONAL) based on a share basis accommodation (Sandakphu & Rimbik).
Package cost includes: (Nov. 10 to 12, 2025
- Race entry with aid station support etc.
- Mountain huts / lodges accommodation at Sandakphu & Rimbik on common sharing & full meals as per fixed menu / buffet basis
- Event T-shirt, Cap
- Finisher certificate & Madel
- Basic medical support from doctors (not for chronic diseases)
Not included:
- Expenses of personal nature such as tips, alcohol, beverage, laundry etc.
- Medical or accidental expenses & insurance
- Fees for Camera / Monument / Wildlife / permit if any during race
- Transportation & accommodation to reach Sandakphu ECM at start point and from Rimbik onward
- Any expenses not mentioned in “COST INCLUDES”
- Company will not be responsible for any sort of unforeseen expenses incurred due to unavoidable circumstances i.e. flight / train or any other mode of transport cancellation / delay / strikes / mechanical / war / technical faults, natural calamities etc.
- Any difference due to imposition of additional tax, by Govt., or hike in fuel cost etc.
- For disagreement / dispute of whatsoever nature relating to this trip, the courts in Delhi, India shall alone have jurisdiction.
- The company shall not be liable for any refund / compensation / interruption, or other costs on trip cancellation due to war or undeclared acts of war, terrorist activities, revolution, change in government, strikes, act of God or natural disaster, accident, flight cancellation or Local Government’s default or commitments etc.
- Cancellation/refund and other trip conditions will be applicable as per conditions mentioned in the HSR/ECM Registration form.
